Locally in Marion County and surrounding areas the residential market is thriving, with homes $250,000 and under comprising the bulk of sales. Mini-farms ten acres and under are dominating their category with an average price point of $500,000 and under. Our top selling neighborhoods are Ocala’s famously vibrant and active 55+  communities, with an average price point of $150,000.
