The upcoming Gala of Royal Horses is a must-see event this fall for all horse-lovers in Marion County. Led by riding master Rene Gasser, this utterly unique performance  showcases the athletic grace of Andalusian, Friesian, and Lippizaner breeds in the style of the famous riding schools of Vienna and Spain. The Gala will feature a variety of stunning equine maneuvers, including some not seen since the days horses were present on the battlefields of Europe. Audiences will also be treated to flamenco dance performances and serenades of classical Spanish guitar. Don’t miss this one of a kind equine event!

Rene Gasser has a decade of experience bringing the old ways of the Spanish Riding School alive for audiences around the world, and is excited to bring an all-new production of The Gala of Royal Horses to Marion County. His and his family’s passion for fine horsemanship is evident in all of their various productions, which include Equestra and El Caballo Blanco. The Gala has several showings in Ocala at Peninsula Farm throughout October and November, and you can see their full schedule. Tickets are available at the door at 3:00 PM the day of the show, and all seats are general admission.
