Minnesota native, father of three, and avid golfer, William “Duke” Dotlich has been in real estate for 15 years. He loves the opportunities the profession affords him to meet new people, make lifelong friends, and help others find the home of their dreams.
Dotlich settled in Ocala in May of 2019, a long-time dream for him and his wife Kim, who seized a golden transfer opportunity with her position at Edward Jones to finally make the move. They live in Ocala Palms and have also have family nearby at a local horse farm, which is home to their beloved rescued dwarf miniature horse, Pudge.
In Minnesota, Duke coached curling for many years, including a young John Shuster who would go on to become an Olympic gold medalist in the sport. He also enjoys the outdoor life Central Florida has to offer, especially fishing. Both he and Kim are huge fans of Disney and make good use of their annual park passes.
