“Everyone here is so proud of Erin for earning the much-admired CCIM designation. She has been a valuable member of our company since 2019 and embodies the characteristics we look for in an agent because she continues to raise the bar and grow in customer service expertise.”
– Valerie Dailey, Owner/Broker of Showcase Properties
For Erin, this latest accomplishment is totally in character. She recalled, “I grew up on a farm in the small town of Weirsdale, Florida in Marion County—a place I’ll always be happy to call home. Real estate seemed to be in our family’s blood, as my veterinarian dad bought and sold real estate over the years. My grandmother was a realtor. I’ve since encouraged my niece (who is now at UF) to get her real estate license and be on my team.”

Switching gears into real estate was a bold challenge, but Erin says that she was surprised to love it as much as she did, observing, “A new part of my brain came alive. My husband, Nicolas Blaser, is the Market President for Truist Bank and has 30 years of commercial lending experience. He’s my greatest sounding board and advisor. We talk shop at home all the time, and his expert advice and encouragement made commercial real estate a natural move. I love working with business owners and investors and ultimately helping people create their own American dream. And I’m proud to be one of two women out of only eight total CCIMs in Ocala.”
Erin added, “It’s self-evident that when dealing with someone’s life savings or group investor amounts that may run into the millions of dollars, a lot is at stake. These types of buying or selling negotiations need to be accurate with comps and calculations. All of that requires a high level of trust. For me, putting in the long hours of studying and training for the CCIM was a commitment to earn the trust of my clients, create maximum value for their commercial real estate portfolios, and continue on a path of life-long learning through the CCIM organization programs.”
