Congratulations American Pharaoh and Team! It truly takes a village to raise a champion. Its been over 37 Years since the world has seen a Triple Crown winner. American Pharoah, broken and trained by our local horsemen, McKathan Brothers, here in Ocala. We’re so proud to be connected to this moment in history. Many of the horses that competed this year had Ocala connections. This year, there is no doubt we are hailing from “The Horse Capital Of the World”. MLS data for April sales:
  • 599 closed sales–a increase of 11.3% from a year ago
  • 687 pending sales, increase of 6.7% year over year
  • Average sale price $137,012, an increase of  13.0%
  • A decrease of 7.2% of active listings from 3,219 from 3,468 the previous April 2014
  • Months’ supply of inventory was 6.3, down 12.8% year over year from previous April 2014

1-Start Your Search Early

Become familiar with potential new neighborhoods and current home listings before listing your home. Seriously think about looking for homes, and create a list of homes that meet your criteria.

 2-Prepare your Home to Sell
