559 pending sales, decrease of -14.9% year over year.
Average sale price $136,243, a decrease of -8.4%
A decrease of -7.6% of active listings from 3,447 to
3,184 from the previous Jan. 2015
Months’ supply of inventory was 6.1, down -11.9% year over
year from previous January 2015

 Silver Springs International Film Festival

It’s that time again! The Silver Springs International Film Festival is in its third year and it is growing by, leaps and bounds. From 2014 to now, the event has doubled in size, growing into a full blown seven-day festival.

The festival will kick off on April 4th and wrap up on April 10th. It will be located at the Marion Theatre and the surrounding Downtown area. Tickets are on sale now.
